Further look at, it's not a white circle. It's like a dumb. Fish might have bumped it's eye on something. It's eating and swimming fine and it come to the front of the glass to see me when I put my finger there.

I noticed one of my black mollies has a white spot circle around it's eye. It seems fine other wise. Eating, swimming and pooing.
